Eli is the son of an agnostic Jewish father and a Lutheran mother. Though raised in a home that fluctuated between spiritual neutrality and antagonism toward Christianity, Christ invaded his life at 18 years old as he was completing Basic Training at Ft. Jackson, SC.

After graduating from seminary, he served churches in Texas, Florida, Georgia, and Colorado as Student Minister, Education and Outreach Pastor, and Church Planter/Lead Pastor. He served on the Executive Staff of the Super Summer Youth Evangelism programs in Texas, Florida and Georgia. He is a certified Intentional Interim Pastor. He served for 5 years with the North American Mission Board in equipping initiatives and leadership development. He was with Group Publishing for more than 10 years as the Multimedia Experience Manager. Common to all of his ministry experience is a passion for evangelism and developing evangelists, strategic planning, and real-world discipleship development.

He has been married for more than 40 years to his wife, Lisa. Their three children are married and have added 9 grandchildren to the family!

Solomon’s Quest is the culmination of 45 years of God’s leading, research and study, experimentation, training,  as well as having incredible mentors from ministry and business that invested in his life. The result is a transferable, leader-developing, life-changing strategy for small group Bible study and personal evangelism.
