Dr. Bert Ross is the Founder and CEO of LeaderNow. He holds an undergraduate degree in Education from Columbia International University. He has a Masters degree in Leadership Development and Organizational Leadership from Trinity Graduate School and a Masters degree in Human Resource Development from Clemson University. He also holds a Doctor of Educational Ministry degree from New Orleans Seminary.

Bert has served churches and in the corporate world, including service as the Coordiantor for Next Level Leadership for a natioanal mission agency.

He has more than 30 years of experience in Human Resources, leadership and professional development coach, working relationally and stragegically to develop healthy teams in growing organizations.
