Rinji Kassem is a Pharmacist and an Associate Director of Marketing at Eli Lilly, based in Indianapolis, Indiana. He has over 10 years of experience in various commercial roles within global pharmaceutical companies, and is committed to improving healthcare access and solutions.

He began his career in Nigeria before moving to the United States in 2021 to pursue an MBA at Vanderbilt University. Rinji and his wife, both originally from Northern Nigeria, have been married for over five years and are blessed with two children. Growing up in a region marked by religious conflicts and persecution of the church, Rinji's faith has been a cornerstone of his life.

Since 2006, he has been actively involved in the church, serving in various capacities. 

Rinji and his family are currently members of East 91st Street Christian Church in Indianapolis, where they continue to live out their faith and serve the community. Among other activities, he is active in the Quest group at E91 and is being mentored in the Solomon's Quest™ facilitation method.
